    Those who wish to purchase an additional week stay during 2025 can do so at a discounted rate at $735.00 for a 7 night stay. Reservation must be made by December 1, 2025 and paid in full at time
    reservation is made. Call for reservations beginning 60 days out. Offer is based upon availability and not valid during holiday weeks. Cancellation policy: 15+ days prior to arrival receive a 50%
    refund; 14 days or less prior to arrival no refunds.
  2. OWNER SHORT STAY 2025 – call for rates
    Owners looking for a short stay of less than 7 nights. Minimum 2 night stay. Offer is based upon availability and not available during high season. Payment in full at time of reservation.
    Valid dates: October 31, 2025 thru November 16, 2025; November 30, 2025 thru December 31, 2025
    Cancellation Policy: 7+ days prior to arrival – 100% refund; 6 days or less prior to arrival – 50% refund; day of arrival or no show – 0% refund.
    No daily housekeeping – no fresh towel or starter kit replenishment
  3. SOCIAL GUEST SHORT STAY 2025 (NON WESTWOOD TIMESHARE OWNER) – call for rates
    Non-Westwood owners looking for a short stay. Minimum 2 night stay. Offer is based upon availability and not available during high season. Payment in full at time of reservation.
    Valid dates: October 31, 2025 thru November 16, 2025; November 30, 2025 thru December 31, 2025
