Check in is located at the Westwood Guest Services Office.
- Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
- Must provide a valid credit card and drivers license at check in.
- Maximum 6 people (including infants) per unit.

In your room at check-in you will find:
- *A starter kit including coffee packet for your first morning, 3 dishwasher pods, sponge, roll of paper towels, 3 small bars of soap and 2 small shampoos. If you need additional of these items you may purchase at the Westwood Guest Service Office for a small fee or we are happy to inform you of the local grocery stores.
- *Linens for all beds/sofa bed
- *Towels for 6 (wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel)
- *We do not offer daily maid service
- *One linen exchange per week stay (will inform of time during check-in)

Check out procedures:
*Check out is 11:00am – No late check outs will be granted
*Leave villa as you found it on arrival – neat & tidy. Excessive cleaning fee may apply.
*Do not leave dirty dishes, please wash all kitchen items.
*Dispose of all trash in outside container.
*Turn off all lights and TV’s, lock all windows and doors
*Leave heat – winter at 68 degrees / air conditioning – summer at 68 degrees
*Check for personal items prior to departure, we do not hold items nor are we responsible for any items left behind.
*Express check out – drop your “guest stay card” in the drop box
